Return Eligibility
Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible.
How to Start
Email service@solvieraah.com with your order number, return request, and a brief explanation. We will provide next steps after review.
Refunds
After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or videos. When an issue attributable to us is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
Return Address
Please do not automatically send merchandise to the registered business address. Approved return instructions and destination are provided by customer support.
