Order Processing
After payment confirmation and necessary verification, orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days. During holidays, promotions, or high order volume, preparation may require up to 5 business days.
Estimated U.S. Delivery
For standard shipping to supported United States addresses, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are ranges, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping Charges and Fulfillment
Shipping services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated partners, and items from one order may occasionally travel separately.
Tracking and Address Changes
When tracking becomes available, shipping confirmation is normally sent to the email entered at checkout. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If tracking is inactive, a shipment appears delayed, or a delivered package cannot be located, contact us with your order number. We will review available information and assist with an appropriate resolution.
